Hey,

I’m Tyrone.

Raised in South Jersey, now residing in California. Nearly 10 years ago I started my personal training journey. Growing up as an athlete, I played basketball and sprinted in track, but I fell into fitness after I started weight training. It wasn’t just the aesthetic changes I loved, more importantly, the lifestyle and psychological changes. I found my purpose.

My sunny disposition is possibly my most notable quality, but my devotion to fitness and health have gotten me to this point. Training is my passion. I enjoy passing the knowledge I have acquired through a broad spectrum of experience to others through the medium of the human body and mind.

Fitness can be goal-oriented but not all goals akin. I strive to help individuals determine, plan and achieve their goals – whether it’s recovery or full-on strength training. I find that planning an individual program for a client and their circumstances while teaching the correct technique has immeasurable benefits for both parties. This isn’t my journey - this is yours.
